Last year saw BABYMETAL take their “METAL GALAXY WORLD TOUR” around the globe. At the end of the tour, the band returned home to Japan for several shows, including two at Saitama Super Arena on November 16 and 17 and Osaka-jo Hall on November 20 and 21. These Japan shows are to be released on a new Blu-ray titled METAL GALAXY WORLD TOUR IN JAPAN and will be available in limited copies to members of the band’s fan club THE ONE.

BABYMETAL - LEGEND - METAL GALAXY (DAY 2) captures the darker, heavier side of BABYMETAL's musical journey. This live concert film showcases their 2020 performance at Makuhari Messe, focusing on the "dark side" of their concept album, Metal Galaxy. Featuring songs from the album's second disc and powerful tracks like "KARATE" and "Headbangeeeeerrrrr!!!!!", the show highlights the band's evolution and resilience following the departure of Yuimetal. With the full "Western" Kami Band and all three Avengers on stage, DAY 2 delivers a high-energy, emotionally charged experience that delves into the depths of BABYMETAL's sonic universe.

BABYMETAL - LEGEND - METAL GALAXY (DAY 1) is a live concert album and video capturing the first night of the band's two-day performance at Makuhari Messe in January 2020. This show focused on the "light side" of their Metal Galaxy album, featuring songs from the first disc along with a selection of fan favorites from their earlier albums. With the Kami Band backing them and supported by their Avengers, BABYMETAL delivered a high-energy performance showcasing their signature blend of heavy metal and Japanese pop culture. This release serves as a testament to their growth and evolution as a band, demonstrating their ability to command a massive stage and captivate their audience.
